What is the difference between ARM & HAMMER™ ULTRAMAX™ Antiperspirant and the ARM & HAMMER™ Essentials Deodorant?
The formulations are very different. ARM & HAMMER™ Ultramax Antiperspirant reduces underarm sweat and also reduces underarm sweat due to stress. ARM & HAMMER™ Essentials Deodorant is for odor protection and freshness.
Ultramax is an anhydrous (no water) based formulation that has an active ingredient that reduces perspiration. The active ingredient, Aluminum chlorohydrate, is suspended in a wax matrix. Wax tends to resist wash off and is best to remove with soapy water.
ARM & HAMMER™ Essentials Deodorant is a water-based formulation containing natural deodorizers to reduce odors. The ingredients in this formulation are miscible with water, meaning they mix together very easily. In turn, they wash away with warm water. ARM & HAMMER™ Essentials Deodorant also contains sodium stearate, which provides the product its stick form. Sodium stearate is a very common soap, which is also water-rinseable.
What is the pH of ARM & HAMMER Essentials Deodorant?

What makes ARM & HAMMER Essentials Deodorant a natural product?
ARM & HAMMER Essentials Deodorant is free from aluminum, parabens, phthalates and animal by-products. It contains baking soda and natural plant extracts to help absorb and fight odor.
Why do you use Propylene Glycol? Should I be concerned about this ingredient coming into contact with my skin?

Simply Saline Nasal Saline Solutions
Do I need to wash/rinse the Simply Saline™ Nasal Mist nozzle after each use? If yes, how do I clean it?
We recommend rinsing the nozzle if it comes in contact with the nasal cavity wall. Wash nozzle with water and soap. Rinse thoroughly.
Does the inner bag contain BPA?
The bag in Simply Saline™ nasal mist products is BPA free.
From where are the ingredients sourced?
The sodium chloride, water, and baking soda are sourced in the U.S.
How do I use the product to flush and irrigate?
Tilt head to the side over sink. Insert nozzle into one nostril, depressing on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so a gentle mist fills sinus passages and flows out nostrils. Repeat in other nostril.
How do I use the product to moisten dry nasal passages?
To moisten dry nasal passages, insert nozzle into one nostril and press down briefly on the textured area at the base of the nozzle so a mist gently coats nasal passages. Repeat in other nostril.
How far should the nozzle on Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist be inserted into the nostril?
It depends on the individual. Gently insert nozzle into nostril as far as it does not cause discomfort.
How is the solution sterilized?
Our sterilization methods are proprietary. Sterilization occurs in an FDA regulated facility in accordance with the relevant national and international standards.
Is the inner bag phthalate free?
Yes, the bag inside the Simply Saline Nasal Mist can (2260002950) IS phthalate free.
Is the Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist all natural?
Simply saline product ingredients are naturally derived. The products are made from purified water and purified salt.
Is the Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist safe for individuals on a low sodium diet?
Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist contains sodium. It is recommended that individuals on a low sodium diet consult their physician to determine if this product is appropriate for them.
Is there a way to determine the level of sodium per use?
Our solutions are approximately 0.9% salt in the regular Simply Saline™ product and approximately 3% in Allergy and Sinus. However, since we do not have a standard recommended dose, the consumer’s salt exposure depends on how the product is used. It also should be noted that these solutions are designed as rinses, so most of the salt should not be swallowed; rather, it should drain out of the nose.
Our consumer should consult her doctor with any concerns.
Is this produced on the same line as anything manufactured with peanuts?
We do not manufacture anything with peanuts in our facility. [5/24/2016]

What do I do if the Simply Saline™ nozzle doesn’t dispense?
If the Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist does not dispense, check the actuator to make sure that it sits on the valve properly.
What is the source of the water in Simply Saline?
The water in Simply Saline comes from a municipal water source. It is not distilled, but it does go through a rigorous purification process. It is first passed through a series of natural filters, followed by a membrane filtration. It is then subjected to reverse osmosis followed by deionization. As a result of this treatment the water that is used is of the highest purity and contains essentially no dissolved molecules or ions. It is free of fluoride.
Why is there a tiny hole in the clear cap of the Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist?
The hole in the cap is a vent to allow moisture to escape during the filling and sterilization (for sterilized products) process.
Why is there the warning “Keep out of Reach of Children” on the Simply Saline™ Nasal Mist can?
The Simply Saline™ line of products is regulated by the FDA and by regulation products which are in self-pressurized containers must contain the warning “Keep Out of Reach of Children”.
Will the Simply Saline™ Nasal Mist can rust?
The Simply Saline™ Sterile Saline Nasal Mist can will not rust under ordinary storage conditions.
