Please follow these steps to remove the battery door:

1. Pull the battery door at the bottom of the brush downward.

2. Remove batteries and replace with 2 new AAA alkaline batteries.Do not mix old and new batteries. Follow battery manufactures recommendations for safe handling for use and disposal.

All Spinbrush™ for Kids brushes come with smaller brush heads designed for smaller mouths. Each toothbrush combines stationary bristles with high-speed oscillating bristles that massage gums and help to clean teeth. They are designed to promote healthy brushing and come in fun shapes for kids, like My Little Pony™  and Spider-Man™... and the batteries are included!

We recommend Spinbrush™ toothbrushes for children 3 years and up. For children under 3, use with adult supervision.

No. Simply Spinbrush™ comes with a non-replaceable brush head.

Replacement heads are available for all Spinbrush™ Pro Series™, SONIC Pulse and PRO+™ toothbrushes. While the brush head on  SONIC Pulse is replaceable, the dual-action brush heads for traditional Spinbrush™ Pro Series™ precision brush heads will not fit on SONIC Pulse brushes. Likewise, the SONIC Pulse brush head will not fit on other toothbrushes.

Replacement heads are unavailable for Spinbrush™ Pro+ Charcoal toothbrush. However, replacement heads for Spinbrush™ Pro Series™ and PRO+™ toothbrushes will fit on Spinbrush™ Pro+ Charcoal toothbrush handle.

There’s a great reason Spinbrush™ doesn’t rotate all the way around. The head oscillates back and forth because circling in the same direction would cause Spinbrush™ bristles to lean to one side. What’s more, a back-and-forth spinning motion helps extend the life of the bristles and provides a better cleaning.

To change batteries (for all, except Kids): Hold brush with the brush head pointing downward and the bristles facing to the left. Place thumb on indent and press firmly upward. The battery cap should snap open. Replace with fresh alkaline batteries and insert according to diagram. Do not mix old and new batteries. Follow battery manufactures recommendations for safe handling for use and disposal.

Remove the brush head and rinse thoroughly with water after every use. Do not submerge the brush in water, because the brush can be damaged.

Press and release top button to turn on. Press and release lower button to turn off. There’s no need to press hard, Spinbrush does the work for you. Simply glide, don’t push, your Spinbrush along teeth and gum line. Dentists recommend brushing for 2 minutes & so do we. After use, rinse brush head well & shake off excess water.

Dentists recommend brushing your teeth for 2 minutes. Brushing with your Spinbrush™ is simple – Gently glide bristles back and forth against the teeth/gum surfaces without pressing hard for about 2 minutes while brushing your teeth.

Spinbrush™ works with a series of gears and linkages that turn when a powered motor is switched on. This makes the round upper brush head turn back and forth (oscillate) quickly and the lower brush head move up and down (for the dual-action brush heads).

How long the batteries last in your Spinbrush™ depends on its use. If you brush for 2 minutes twice a day, expect the batteries in your Spinbrush™ to last about 4 to 6 weeks. If water gets into the batteries area, the batteries may stop working sooner.

How long the battery lasts in your Simply Spinbrush™ depends on its use. If you brush for 2 minutes twice a day, expect the battery in your Simply Spinbrush™ to last about 3 months. If water gets into the batteries area, the batteries may stop working sooner.

Change the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the brush head is worn or parts are loose. Not doing so can lead to brush-head breakage, generation of small parts, and possible injury.
